The Market West campus once again proved that community and lifestyle go hand-in-hand with a successful and exclusive Fall Fest and Mini-Market. Tenants and ResideBPG residents were invited to take a mid-week break and step into an autumnal oasis, reinforcing the vibrant, connection-focused community we’re cultivating right here in downtown Wilmington.

Cozy Indulgence at the Brandy Club
The elegant Brandy Club at 1000 N West was transformed into a seasonal festival, offering Market Westonians a taste of classic fall indulgence. The event was met with enthusiasm as attendees enjoyed complimentary fall favorites. Guests savored cups of hot apple cider and classic cider donuts, with many lining up at the popular DIY caramel apple bar to customize their perfect treat. It was a relaxed and convenient opportunity for residents and workers to connect and enjoy the amenities that define the Market West experience.

Bringing Autumn Home, Effortlessly
The “Mini-Market” component made it easy for tenants to update their spaces for the season without having to leave the campus. Guests had the chance to shop for beautiful fall décor, including colorful mums, pumpkins, and ready-to-display floral arrangements.
