Second Spark’d Location Opens in Market West

There’s a new stop for pastries and coffee within the Market West district. Spark’d Creative Pastry has opened its second Wilmington location inside the historic HOTEL DU PONT, bringing its popular pastries, coffee and sweet treats to the neighborhood.

Located just off the hotel lobby, the new bakery was designed by Philadelphia-based Stokes Architecture & Design. Spark’d is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to noon on Saturday and Sunday, giving residents, hotel guests, workers and visitors another place to grab coffee or something sweet downtown.

The new location joins the original Spark’d location inside Market West’s 1105 N Market building, expanding the local business’s footprint in downtown Wilmington.

With another local business now open at HOTEL DU PONT, Market West continues to grow as a destination for dining, shopping, work and everyday experiences in downtown Wilmington. Stop by Spark’d and welcome them to the neighborhood.
