Dupont Building

Built in 1908, the historic building was headquarters to the Dupont Company featuring 950,000 SF of mixed-use space and was one of the first high-rises built in Wilmington.

Today the building is headquarters to Chemours Company and  features onsite amenities like DE.CO Food Hall, Currie Salon, M&T Bank, UPS Store,  Le Cavalier, The Playhouse on Rodney Square, and the iconic HOTEL DU PONT.
